A Bombardier Challenger 600 business jet crashed onto a highway in Florida on Friday, the police and aviation authorities said.
The incident took place on the I-75 road near Naples. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, there were five people onboard. The authorities did not immediately release any estimates about the casualties.
The doomed plane belonged to Hop-a-Jet, a local charter company, the Daily Beast reported, citing online flight records.
Videos filmed by multiple motorists show the wreck engulfed in flames.
